Predicting Payload Recovery

We've been running predictions on our landing sites for the last couple of days. Here are today's predictions:





These are from two different forecasting websites. I am also tracking weather and wind patterns and comparing my information with the websites in order to verify potential landing areas. The predictions have been relatively similar over the past couple of days. The only thing that could potentially change this drastically is if the low pressure system that is traveling over us in the next couple days stalls and instead directs the wind in a northeasterly direction. This is image shows expected pressure systems for Saturday (launch day).



But if there's one thing each of our predictions has shown us, it's that no matter how close to a field we are...we will probably land in a tree.
